Add a Product to Your Loyalty Subscription
Already have a Loyalty Subscription with us?
Hey Loyalty Family,
Have you already Subscribed & Saved to have loyalty dog treats items shipped to you on a recurring schedule? If yes, that's great!
Now to manage your account it is important you follow the steps below when adding more new products to your already existing account.
If you don't know how to get into your account, please:
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
- Ask us for your "subscription link"
How to add new products when you already have an account:
Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.
Once you have clicked "add product" it will take you to a catalogue of all our products. You can then choose from the items show or use the search bar and type in what you're looking for.
Once you have selected the new item you would like to add, make sure you:
- Select address #1
- Pick a date you want it delivered
- Click "Add Product"
To double check all is right and on time:
Click the "Delivery Schedule" option on the left and edit as needed.
